What your celebration includes
Set up and rehearse on day one. Return for your wedding day with the venue essentials in place.
Lodging and any additional services are quoted separately. Your proposal confirms the spaces, schedule, and inclusions for your two days.
A place to make it yours
Pair your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces around your guest count and style. Your package includes a choice of up to three venue spaces.
Explore the Island, the Pines, and the Orangerie with our team. The Pines has no electrical power, so any sound needs require advance planning.
The Pavilion offers climate-controlled indoor space and patios. The Stables brings dining and social areas, decks, and plenty of character.
More time together
On-site lodging can be added to your Two-Day DIY Wedding, subject to availability and a separate quote.
Our on-site accommodations include 12 private rooms and 19 total beds, sleeping up to 36 guests with shared and family-style sleeping arrangements.
For additional wedding guests, private hotel rooms are approximately nine miles away. We can help coordinate a room block.

Your first day includes six hours of venue access for decorating, setup, rehearsal, and hosting your rehearsal dinner. We’ll confirm the timing with you.
Yes. The package has an open vendor policy with the exception of bartender services. An on-site venue representative is included. You choose and coordinate your wedding professionals; ask us about any additional support you would like.
No. Overnight accommodations are optional and must be quoted and confirmed separately. The Wedding Retreat Experience includes three nights of lodging if you prefer a full weekend package.
We handle placement and removal of the included tables and chairs. Your six hours on day one give you and your vendor team time for decorating, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner.
